I chose the path of health coaching after witnessing time and time again and experiencing myself how overwhelming keeping up with a healthy lifestyle can be. Fad diets, trendy workouts, magic supplements, pressure not to feel worse about yourself than the next person – all of this can make “healthy” seem like a burden or something unachievable.
Navigating endless amounts of information and deciding what’s right for you can be a daunting and intimidating task. People are also searching for happiness and looking for ways to improve their lives.
I’ve been interested and drawn to this area of knowledge, and people have been coming to me for advice hoping to find answers to their questions, knowing that I will likely have an insight into their difficulties. So, I finally decided to pursue this route in a more official way.
